THMD has a Social Committee who plans and organizes events for the community. This page will highlight those up coming events!

2025 Winter Events:

1. The Tailholt Social committee is partnering with the Weld County Food Pantry to collect packaged, non-perishable items, and we invite you to join us! Starting tonight (Monday, November 3rd), a donation bin will be placed at the end of the driveway at 415 Harrow St.  All items will be brought inside every evening to avoid freezing and will be taken to the food bank once a week. The drive is available for donating starting today and will run from November 3rd-24th and December 1st-22nd. 

 

Weld Food Bank needs non-perishable food: canned tuna, fruit, vegetables, rice, peanut butter, cereal, pasta sauce, meals/chili/stew.

 2. 2025 Christmas holiday Lighting Contest

A holiday decorating contest invites submissions by 12/14, with voting from 12/15-12/22. Winners announced on 12/23.

3. Holiday Cookie Exchange

 

Holiday cookie exchange at Tailholt Social on Dec 14, 1-3 PM, 415 Harrow St. Bring a dozen cookies, RSVP via email.

4. Christmas Caroling

Invitation to a Christmas caroling event by Tailholt Social on December 19th, with music, lyric sheets, hot chocolate, and hand warmers.
