THMD Non-Potable Water Rates

Each year the non-potable water system will be turned on when we receive water.
This date is not always going to be the exact same year to year. 

2026 PLEASE NOTE:

The non-potable water is projected to be turned on Friday, May 1, 2026 and residents may begin watering lawns.

During the start of the season, repairs may need to be made which will result in your water zones system being off periodically. Typically, if one home needs a repair, the water will be shut off on your zones section. Depending on the repair, this can last multiple days.

Please give us and the irrigation techs patience as we get the system up and running smoothly.

Blow Out Date is usually the 3rd Saturday of October.
